Recipe for turmeric juice
Consuming turmeric juice helps you to prevent all the above disease and the recommended dosage of turmeric powder is 1-3 grams daily. Do not drink turmeric juice in excess.
- Wash and peel few pieces of fresh turmeric
- Put into juicer and mix it
- Now strain the juice and keep in jar
When you want to drink:
- Put 2 tablespoon of juice into a glass and add lemon juice, ginger juice and honey as per taste.
- Now fill the glass with water and mix all the ingredients and serve.
