Combing your wet hair
Okay, it is understandable that you are in hurry but combing through your wet hair will only make them to fall out. It is a simple logic, when you have freshly washed your head, your hair follicles are wet and soft and combing hair will only cause the hair to come out of those soft hair follicles.
Stressing out way too much
Stressing out too much can cause hormonal changes which in turn can make you lose hair.
Tying the hair too tight
If you are in a habit of tying your hair way too tight, you need to stop because tying hair too tight causes you to have hair fall. Tight braids, tight ponytails actually pull the hair out of hair follicle and over the time this can make you start losing hair. You should switch between hairstyles.
Too much of blow-drying
Blow-drying and using flat-ironing hair too often and too much can cause you to make your hair brittle. These equipments rip off all the natural oils from hair and can cause the hair to break.
Switching between shampoos and hair-oils
Some people have this habit of switching between shampoos and hair-oils and other products in search of a shampoo, hair-oil and hair products that might suit their scalp. Your scalp takes a while to adjust to the chemicals and components of hair products, if you keep on switching between hair products, the exposure of different chemicals can may disturb the pH level of your scalp and cause hair fall.
